Respite means better living for everyone – every carer needs a rest from time to time to relax and recharge. Whenever you need a break, Vision Health Support Services is ready to help you.

This support is available for anyone with CORE Supports on their plan. It is registered under the NDIS as Assistance with Daily Life Tasks in A Group or Shared Living Arrangement.

Our Support Workers can come to the family home to provide as much care as you need, for as long as you need. This type of respite might include meal preparation, daycare, or assistance with any number of other everyday activities for a period of time.

It might be a few hours several times a week, overnight or for longer breaks. We can tailor respite to suit your needs so that everyone has the time they need to recharge.

Vision Health Support Services has full NDIS accreditation means that our Support Workers are fully accredited, qualified, and experienced in providing respite at home. This means for you that in respite situations, your Support Worker is always able to seamlessly integrate into the home situation, offering support that is relevant to the individual client, safe, and completely accountable via our own procedures and the nationally recognised NDIS reporting system. You can take a break with complete peace of mind knowing that absolute best practice is being applied.

Emergency Housing Life doesn’t always go according to plan – especially when you’re living with a disability. That’s why Vision Health Support Services respite is as flexible as you need it to be. We are on call for all those unexpected situations.

Cares can use the emergency respite care service when they are ill and unable to support a participant. Just like our regular respite services, emergency respite through us can be booked for just a few hours, overnight, or as long as it takes for you to get back on track.
